may cancel your order within 3 business days from its
placement without charge. Thereafter, cancellations
will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. All
cancellations will only be accepted in writing only.

accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and certified
cheques or money orders only. Credit card payments can
be made by Visa or Mastercard. If payment is made by
credit card, we will ship only to the cardholder
statement billing address. All orders are subject to
credit authorization by the credit card provider.
If
an alternative shipping address is required, you may
make your payment by forwarding certified funds
(certified cheque or money order) directly to us. As
soon as we receive confirmation of your payment we
will forward you a receipt regarding your order. |

will ship to any location in Canada for $20. For added
security, it is our policy that a signature is
required for all Hope Band deliveries, regardless of
any signature waivers you may have with Canada Post.
